Wednesday, February 12, 2025 - Activist Kasmuel McOure has regretted attending the public participation proceedings for the impeachment of former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua at Bomas of Kenya.
The event quickly turned chaotic when fellow Gen Z activist,
Morara Kebaso, was assaulted by hired goons paid by local politicians.
In an interview with a popular YouTuber, Kasmuel disclosed
that the crowd at Bomas was mobilized, with each attendee receiving Ksh200.
Once a fierce critic of the political elite, Kasmuel has
since joined the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) as a youth leader, a move
that has sparked debate over his shifting political stance.
