CHRIS PRATT and KATHERINE SCHWARZENEGGER slash $12M off lavish LA mansion in FIFTH attempt to sell the property

Wednesday, August 12, 2026 - Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are making another major attempt to sell their lavish Pacific Palisades mansion—and this time, they have cut the asking price by about $12 million.

The couple has relisted the sprawling property for approximately $19.99 million, down from the eye-catching $32 million price tag attached when they first put it on the market in 2023.

The latest listing marks the fifth time the couple has tried to find a buyer for the luxury estate. The roughly 11,000-square-foot home features six bedrooms and a long list of high-end amenities, including a movie theater, gym, spa facilities, saltwater pool, multiple patios and sweeping mountain and coastline views.

Despite its scale and expensive finishes, the property has repeatedly returned to the market after failing to sell.

The dramatic reduction highlights just how difficult the luxury Los Angeles market can be, even for celebrity-owned properties. Pratt and Schwarzenegger originally paid $15.6 million for the Pacific Palisades parcel in 2018 before developing the custom home, but the couple is now pushing for a sale at a price far below their original $32 million ambition.

With the mansion back on the market yet again, all eyes are on whether the nearly $20 million asking price will finally attract a buyer.
