TAYLOR FRANKIE PAUL's ex-husband is denied a restraining order against The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives star after she leaves rehab

Friday, June 3, 2026- A Utah judge has denied Taylor Frankie Paul's ex-husband, Tate Paul, a temporary restraining order against the The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star.

Tate had also sought changes to their custody arrangement, arguing their two children were in immediate danger. However, the court ruled that the claims relied largely on hearsay and lacked sufficient evidence to justify emergency action.

The ruling comes shortly after Taylor completed a voluntary stay at a rehabilitation and mental health treatment facility, where she reportedly sought care on the recommendation of her doctor. She has since returned home and is continuing to deal with multiple legal and family matters, including ongoing custody disputes involving her children.

The latest court decision marks another high-profile chapter in Taylor's ongoing legal battles, which continue to attract widespread public attention. While the restraining order request was denied, custody proceedings remain active, meaning further court hearings and legal developments are expected in the coming weeks as both sides continue to present their cases.
