Rogue driver on the spot for driving a Government vehicle recklessly as he rushed to go and hug a woman in Milimani near Royal City Garden Hotel (PHOTOs)

Thursday, February 27, 2025 - A concerned Kenyan has exposed a rogue driver, believed to be a civil servant, for driving a Government vehicle recklessly in Milimani, Kisumu.

He was reportedly rushing to go and hug a woman near Royal City Garden Hotel.

The vehicle almost collided head-on with a school bus.
