Thursday, March 20, 2025 - President William Ruto has announced a major reshuffle in his Kenya Kwanza administration, nominating 14 new Principal Secretaries (PSs), including former Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) Secretary General, Oluga Ouma.
The nominations, announced on Thursday, March 20th,
come just days after Ruto sealed a political deal with opposition leader Raila
Odinga.
Among the notable nominees is Oluga Fedrick Ouma, who has
been appointed to the State Department for Medical Services.

Jane Kare Imbuya – Public Service & Human Capital
Development
Regina Akoth Ombam – Trade
Cyrell Wagunda Odede – Public Investment & Assets
Management
Caroline Wanjiru Karugu – East Africa Community
Oluga Fedrick Ouma – Medical Services
Ahmed Abdisalam Ibrahim – National Government Coordination
Judith Naiyai Pareno – Justice, Human Rights &
Constitutional Affairs
Bonface Makokha – Economic Planning
Abdulrazak Shaukat – Science, Research & Innovation
Stephen Isaboke – Broadcasting & Telecommunications
Michael Lenasalon – Devolution
Fikiri Katoi Kahindi – Youth Affairs
Carren Agen'o Achieng – Children Welfare Services
Aden Abdi Millah – Shipping & Maritime Affairs
Additionally, Ruto reshuffled several Principal Secretaries.
Belio Kipsang was moved from Basic Education to Immigration & Citizen
Services, with Julius Bitok taking over at Basic Education.
