Friday, February 7, 2025 - A whistleblower has exposed massive logging of hardwood cider trees by powerful figures in the Government at Kamuruana Hill in Kirinyaga County.

Lorries ferry the trees from the forest in broad daylight, with reports indicating that police don’t stop the vehicles.
